Michele Lewandowski
Many of you know Michele from her leadership at Farmer’s Implement and Irrigation, where she helped transform the business and later guided its sale to Titan Machinery. Michele combines real‑world dealership experience with a background in management consulting—an ideal blend for today’s rapidly changing equipment industry.
Michele has been part of the MAC Mixed Brands PDG since 2013 and is known for asking the questions that move conversations forward and for offering insights that benefit every dealer at the table. She has worked alongside several strong New Holland dealers across North America, giving her a deep understanding of the brand, the network, and the realities of dealership ownership.
We’re proud to share that Michele will now co‑lead the MAC New Holland East PDG, bringing her experience, perspective, and leadership to the group.
